At first I was a little reluctant as it was very isolated and we were the only ones brave enough to stay there. I was glad when it was morning as I was petrified. After breakfast we continued driving and gradually made our way to the coast. The beach was beautiful. We were fortunate enough to find a caravan park to stay in. At times it could be rather loud as people were arriving at all times. However I did appreciate the safety knowing there were other people around. I guess some people may enjoy staying in isolated rural areas however clearly it isn't for me.

But of course, all of them have their own expenses to think of and they cannot keep on donating to make the organization work. They need help from the state. I hope their application for this government grant will be given due attention. My mother showed me some of the projects that they want to make happen. These are all very promising and I am wishing for its implementation.

From the look of things it appeared as if she has not moved at all when she saw my quizzical look she said she got so engrossed with her readings on portable appliance testing that she lost track of time. They wanted to force us (employees) to keep the safety of the environment, equipment and ourselves. They asked us to wear safety wear like helmets, gloves and safety boots in the dangerous operations area as well as avoiding hazards in the environment…etc. They also were forcing employees to go and seek hazards then report it, it turned out that employees were wasting their times for nothing and reporting nothing! All of that was due to the stupid management mentality that the board were enjoying. They did not know how to energize their employees and turn resistance into support however on the contrary they were very efficient at energizing the people to resist their directions. So they have never gotten a good place in market. Safety records were deteriorating they were losing customers and soon are expected to announce bankruptcy.
